Method - How to make Nacho Chips (Tortilla Chips) :

  • Knead the dough firmly.

Take corn flour in a large bowl and add wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder, crushed carom seeds, and oil to it. Mix all the ingredients well until they are combined. Then, gradually knead the dough using lukewarm water until it becomes firm. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes so that it settles and becomes pliable. Approximately less than 3/4 cup of water is used for kneading the dough.

  • Roll out the dough into a thin sheet.

After the dough is set, grease your hands with a little oil and knead the dough slightly. Break off small portions of the dough to make small balls for nacho chips.
